LEARNING

While this web site provides the basics of the Developer Desktop Inventory Kit 3.0, we understand you may have a number of questions you'd like answered. To learn more about the program, how it can be leveraged, or how you can take advantage of it within your own organization, feel free to contact either David Baliles (davidba@microsoft.com) or James Chittenden (jameschi@microsoft.com)

The typical scenario is that an interested party engages either David Baliles or James Chittenden, participates in a 30 minute phone conversation to learn more about the program, and then proceeds with finalizing a training partner and scheduling the training.

We also provide additional support resources via our Instant Axcess resource client located below. It provides supplemental guides, whitepapers, videos and additional training on the topics covered in this training course that aren't explicitly called out during the training. Feel free to check out the client and browse the additional resources.

ENGAGING

There is no default hosting provider or training partner for the release of the DDIK 3.0, so any partner that has in-depth experience with Microsoft System Center/SMS and the MSDN products, and has worked closely with Microsoft on the delivery of the training kit can offer this training. While any partner may be selected to deliver this training, typically in this scenario, the partner is trained by David Baliles & James Chittenden, and the partner is then supported in the first few deliveries of the program. Once comfortable with the delivery, the partner continues to engage and deliver the program on their own.

To find a partner ready to deliver the DDIK 3.0 training, feel free to contact your local Developer Solutions Specialist or Microsoft Account Manager. Alternatively, you may contact David Baliles or James Chittenden and we can redirect you to the appropriate Microsoft representative. If you are a partner and would like to become qualified to deliver the DDIK 3.0 program, please shoot David or James and email and we'll be glad to get you trained and in the referral program.

SCHEDULING

Most people who have heard about the DDIK 3.0 release are at the point of wanting to go ahead and schedule the training...we can help. Send us some mail and we'll be glad to get things moving along.
